The company joins the Votorantim Group and expands its investments in the professional aptitudes, including trainning programs to meet the market quality requirements.

The company reinforces the Quality Assurance System.
1991
Qualified by PETROBRAS, the state-run corporation that drives the country’s quality assurance system.
1995
Certified by INMETRO, complying with ISO 9001 standard.

2002
Purchased by JFG Participações Ltda. The company’s corporate name changes thereafter to Maquinas Piratininga Ind. E Com. Ltda.
2006
Purchased an 70.000m² lot in the SUAPE Port industrial district to build a new factory and expand production capacity.
2007
It is certified by ONIP, thus including the CadFor records, as qualified supplier in the Oil & Gas industry.

2008
Starts construction of the new factory located in the SUAPE industrial district with an overall area of 70,000 m² and a workshop of 19.806 m².
Purchased modern CNC-controlled machines to enhance production efficiency. Namely a CNC Rolling Machine capable of bending 100 mm thick x 3 m wide plates and automatic welding machines. Besides, MPN purchased welding columns and turntable, modern equipment for coating and blasting installed in two new cabins as a Grantry Crane with capacity of 70 tons.
Maquinas Piratininga’s workshop was enlarged in nearly 1.300m² -such investments aimed to prepare the factory to metal sections for Wind Powers.
